Sara Martin is an actor and writer based in New York City.
After over a decade in corporate, Sara is picking up the dreams she put down at 22 and making them happen at 38—writing, producing, and starring in her first indie pilot.
A George Washington University alum with a degree in Dramatic Literature, Sara has continued to study both performing and writing at Tisch, The PIT, Upright Citizens Brigade, and T. Schreiber Studio. Her favorite book is The Elements of Style, her favorite musical is Les Misérables, and her favorite TV show is all of them.
Everyone keeps telling me to make my own work. So I am.
I’m documenting the entire process of writing and producing my first-ever indie pilot after putting my screenwriting and acting ambitions on hold for like a really long time.
